Shipping:
We ship with UPS or USPS. When confirming your order by e-mail, we will make every effort to provide shipping information such as carrier, estimated arrival date and tracking code. A flat fee of $4.95 per order is applicable for order handling & shipping costs.
Under normal circumstances, we will ship within 24-48 hours. Due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, shipments may be delayed. We will ship your order as soon as possible.

Borchino Co. will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges accrued due to returned orders by the addressee, or being shipped to the wrong address unless it is expressly the fault of Borchino Co. The sender will have the right to cancel the order if they do not want to resend the order. Purchase price will be returned to sender minus all original shipping charges. We can only ship within the continental USA.
Returns:
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase all items purchased from Borchino Co are subject to a 15 Day Refund Policy. Borchino will refund 100% of the purchase price minus sales tax and/or shipping charges. All merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging along with a copy of the receipt or invoice.
